Returns Policy

All items purchased via the Alan Ardiff website can be returned and refunded in full once unworn and in original undamaged packaging. The time limit is within 100 days of purchase.

Please email in advance of returning the item. Refund is via the original method of payment.

Refunds will not be processed until the item is received. We strongly recommend that you use tracked delivery to return your items to us as we are not responsible for items which do not reach us. We do not refund shipping costs via FEDEX/DHL or cover return postage costs unless the item is proven to be faulty.

VERY IMPORTANT - All items returned from the UK and outside the EU MUST email in advance specifying which COUNTRY the item is being returned from and wait for instructions relevant to that country. We are unable to refund any customs sales taxes on shipments from/to outside the European Union (EU).

Once the item is received and a Refund is approved, it can take 3-5 working days to be credited to your credit card/original method of payment.
